Buuuuuuut . . .

We don't own these pandas, we rent them from the Chinese government. Even the ones born here, including in vitro. I think there are three zoos in the U.S. that have pandas, and all three of them say the ROI is in the red when they compare the fees they pay the Chinese to the take at the turnstiles the cuddly little guys generate.

Just another thing the Chinese are screwing us on.

Ah well. Cuteness still goes a long way.
